There are many quality flatbed trucking companies in North America that offer flatbed truck driving jobs. With a 300 truck fleet we know our drivers by name, offer a weekly salary program, great retirement program, great equipment and unlike most OTR companies, COTC trucks still average 120,000 to 150,000 miles a year.  The Truck Driver Weekly Salary Pay has been a huge success – earn a minimum of$1,250 to $2,000 per week with a minimum of $.50 cpm per mile and annual loyalty pay of $.01 to $.03 cpm on every mile dispatched for solo OTR or regional flatbed. We pay $1,250 for the Monday – Monday payroll period that includes orientation, paid out $250 advance with $1,000 gross on the paycheck.

Don’t be fooled by our name.  We run irregular route, East-West freight with long length of haul in all 48 States and Canada.  We hire from all 48 States and offer great home time for an over the road driver.  COTC OTR drivers are routed home every two to three weeks, unless they choose to run.  We also offer dedicated and regional runs for those drivers who would like to stay closer to home.

COTC provides per diem at $68 a day for five days a week as part of the new Weekly Truck Driver Salary Program. Unlike, most of our competition we do not charge a fee for per diem. It is all your money, should get to keep it.

Stop being routed home on a cycle, or not at all. With the COTC home time program you will never miss an important family event again! Our drivers are home every 2-3 weeks. Yes, even the 48 State drivers.

Schedule your home time up to a year in advance. You get 5 days a month, with two days roll over. Take your home time when you need it!

After 60 days, you are eligible to enroll in one of our nationwide insurance plans for medical, dental, and vision benefits. Your monthly premium is paid for by COTC. Starting January 2019, COTC will also pay the premium for your spouse and children. A $10,000 per year cost savings value to our drivers!

We offer a flexible spending plan that helps you reduce your out-of-pocket health care and child day care costs.

After 60 days, you can take a passenger that is a minimum of 5 years of old. COTC pays the premium for passenger insurance.
