Central Oregon Truck Company offers one of the very best compensation packages available anywhere. Driver performance is our focus. While we value driver tenure and pay accordingly, we also value an honest day’s pay for an honest day worked! Our drivers can easily earn over $50,000.00 per year. And it doesn’t matter whether you have been here for one year or ten. When we consider all compensation, except benefits, our average driver earns well over .40 cents per mile. Add up the benefits, and you hit .50 cents per mile.
When you work for us, we will keep freight in front of you at all times. So sitting waiting for a load is a rare occasion! Plus we offer the following types of compensation:
