In addition to standard health, dental, vision and prescription coverage, we also include: life, accidental death and dismemberment insurance, a short-term disability policy and passenger insurance. And we pay 100% of the premium for this additional coverage because we care about you in all aspects of your life, whether you are at work, at home or out enjoying the weather.

Your coverage begins the first day of the month following your first 90 days of service.

Flexible Spending Account
Our flexible spending plan helps reduce your actual out-of-pocket health care and child day care costs. By paying these expenses with pre-tax earnings, you can reduce your taxable income, allowing you to keep more of your take home pay!

401(k) Retirement Plan
All employees are eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan after one year of employment. Money contributed is always fully vested and may be moved should you leave Central Oregon Truck Company. Your rights to any matching funds made by us vests at 25% per year starting after 2 years until you are 100% vested after 5 years of employment.
